Bill Alt is a back east guy who grew up playing hockey in Connecticut and who played with the NHL's Los Angeles Kings starting goalie Jonathan Quick.  What an experience that must have been?  Now a resident in Hawaii Bill brings his wealth of hockey knowledge to the rinks at KIHA.  I remember the day Bill walked into KIHA for the first time and he was wiping the drool off his face.  After he cleaned himself up (ha) he asked if he could get involved with giving back to the kids.  Now you will find Bill out at the youth practices weekly from 6-8pm and on the weekends helping out.  The kids like Bill and he certainly knows how to make them laugh.  "Be Like Bill" and get involved with helping to make kids better hockey players on the rink and better people off the rink.  Mahalo to Bill Alt.
